Alltel Corp. - Main Center

I have consistently received erronous info from Alltel's Cust Serv phone #. Most recent is : Tues 6-17-14 I was told my phone's battery was not woking. A rep , [redacted], told me she was shipping a new battert b overnight service. I waited all day Wed. With no delivery. Thurs I still had not gotten it. I called around noon to be told the order was in process. At 5:45 p.m. I called again to report that I had not yet rec'd it. At that time I was advised the order had been cancelled. I drove to get a battery at the Marion, Il store. Got home & the phone still would not charge. I made another triip to the same store. At that time it was determined that the phone needed to be replaced under the warranty. Was assured yesterday that Fed Ex would deliver to my home by 4:30 p.m. today. Fed Ex showed it HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PICKED UP ! !. NEEDLESS TO SAY ISTILL don't have phone. This is typical of the service I have rec'd from ALLTEL since I bought the phone last October, 2013. They still cannot tell me when I may expext .its delivery. I have been very dissatified with their wrong info on numerous issues. Please see what can be done to expect better & more accuuurate info. Thank you.
