Paid for a service part quoted by service technician on October 30, Part has never been delivered; refund has not been issued
On 10/30/Alltex technician came home to resolve problem in my stove hood (kitchen appliance), since the hood control unit was not working
During the home visit, service technician called their office and they ordered the part to replace the hood control unit He demanded payment for part/ diagnostic fee/ trip charge for $Payment was done via check no*** Alltex Invoice A XXXXXX
When Alltext received a part, technician returned home to replace it, however part was not the correct one for the hood
Alltext has never received the correct part (they say the manufacturer (Betazzoni) has them in back order) After waiting for the part for one year, I requested reimbursement, and company has failed to reimburse the paid amount
