I contacted him less than 24hours after arriving to my house and told him my insurance was not going to cover any damageI requested he pick up the equipment which he agreed to and said pay to him just for the hours his workers where at my houseWhich I agreed toThat same day He stopped by my house and took back the estimate and told my husband we didn't need it since we were not going through with the claimThis lien was placed malicously and not warrantedAnd he placed lien before invoice was even due

Unfortunately Mr*** has misinformed do this case has gone to litigation we are suing him for the entire amount everything that he has told you is not true he called us on an emergency his house was flooded and we drive down the structure we did not do any type of plumbing we have written
authorization from Mr*** to do emergency services

I am rejecting this response because:We currently are in litigation.  I do feel sorry for the people that dont have enough money to hire attorneys and fight for what is right.  This time this company has met its match, and we have hired legal representation, and are prepared to go to trial. Upon completion of this lawsuit, we will be filing criminal charges, because anyone who is conducting a scam like this, and calling themselves a company, and trying to bully innocent homeowners and first of all scamming insurancce companies for work they never did!  These people are crooks and need to be behind bars for scamming people and insurance companies.   We did call them for a simple unclogging of a toilet.  They managed to destroy our house and leave it that way... and then file a mechanics lien and try to bully us with attorneys and lawsuits.  The truth will come out, we are counter-suing this company for all the damages that they took upon themselves to create without our knowledge and concent.  The documents they are providing have been manipulated ... and fraudulent actions will be prosecuted by the district attorney's office following these proceedings.  We will keep the public updated as the trial and criminal proceedings .  Thank you Revdex.com!
