I wish you would've brought him back in so we could have assessed the Situation. We're more than happy to Refund your money if you were dissatisfied with our Service. The Business owner responded finally to a Yelp comment I made, and apologized, agreeing to refund the cost of the cut in total or provide another cut at a different location and/or with a different [redacted] free of charge.
