The company NEVER tried to help resolve my issues, they just tried to sell and provide me more stuff. I told them I just received the product and I don't know if it working at all but if I am happy I would order more They never offer to refund me the moneyIf they would have given me a invoice I would have saw when the order was place, the deadline to cancel and more importantly a telephone NumberI just received the product a week before they were charging me(since they are in CA & I am in NY).

Thanks you for your help with this matter. day after contacting *** *** they filed a Dispute Claim and the case is now closed. Allumiderm refunded the entire amounts they had charged to my Credit Card. Since I got my money back, I consider this case closed. By filing with the Revdex.com hopefully this will prevent other people from being unduly harassed by this company. Thanks again, *** *** Regards,

have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, the customer ordered our face cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/14/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of 09/14/2017. The trial expired on 09/28/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 for the original shipment. The customer contacted our Customer Service on 09/28/2017 and requested for their subscription to be cancelled, which we did. On 10/03/2017 our chargeback prevention team provided a full refund of $89.95 for the face cream charged on 09/28/2017.
