I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Please have them send me a check to me at my address Libby Dr Fort Collins CO I agree with Jack's response EXCEPT for not coming inBecause my eyes had been dilatedI could not drive to the clinic on that WedWhen I spoke to the receptionist she offered me an appointment with Cathy or TaraTara was the one who did this to me to begin withAfter talking to the eye doctor, he confirmed there was nothing else anyone could do for my eye, it was just a matter of waiting months until the Botox would lessen

Good morning,This is Jackson S***, the Manager of Allura Skin, Laser & Wellness Clinic. I'm not sure where the client got her information from but its not accurate. *** came into our clinic on February for a Botox treatment. She was given a very small dose of units
in her eyebrow and around her eyes. She called on February and the staff member that spoke with her put this note in her file, "Sara T***, Feb - client called worried about a bx bruise from 2.14.17, client said it had gotten biggertried to get her in for skin check, but she said she didn't have time, but if it didn't go away in the next few days she would call back and come inI told her I would document our conversation". The client never came in to see us so that we could take a look at what was going on with her eye. She finally called back on March and I spoke to her at length. Here is the note that I put in her chart, "Jackson S***, Mar - Client called in upset that she had a bruise below her left eye and her left eyelid was droopingShe had gone to her Opthamologist and he asked her if she had botox recently. I reassured her that bruising can occur with botox and that the drooping might occur as well and will wear off over timeI asked her to come in and see BDLT or YH since they are both in Ft Collins today. She was going to try and come in so we could see it; JDS". BDLT is short for Dr de la T***, the Doctor and Medical Director of the clinic. YH is short for Yvonne H***, one of the owners and a Nurse. They both have been injecting for about years. I wanted the client to come in and let us take a look so we could see what was going on. She didn't come in, nor has she come in. I am more than happy to refund *** the full amount of what she paid. I will send her a check if she would prefer that. But we have offered for her to come in and see a multitude of providers including the Medical Doctor/Director and the owners. She did sign a consent letting her know the risks but we were more concerned with addressing her concerns to give her a good outcome on her treatment. Please let me know how she would like to proceed
