Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Sent: Monday, September 19, 9:AM Subject: Claim # [redacted] -Allura USAGood morning:I filed a complaint with Revdex.com at the above claim number and when I received the answer Allura that they would meet my request for a settlement you sent me an email asking if the case of settled or not I called and spoke with a lady in your department and told her that Allura said they would pay me the amount I was asking for a settlement but hadn't received it as of yet so didn't know how to answer She said I should wait until I received the check to let Revdex.com know the case was settled.It took Allura Until September 12, to send me the check and that was only after I had made repeated telephone calls regarding the check and when it would be sent I was told it was going out in the morning mail but never received it so when I called back I asked if they could send it overnight and they did, I received it on September 12, In the meantime, you sent me an email and had closed my complaint claim I just wanted to let you know that I did received the $1,check (hopefully it doesn't bounce) so I consider the case settled Should you have any question please let me know.Thank you, [redacted] Claim # [redacted] -Allura USA
