Customer was read terms and conditions when called in Sept Subscription was stopped that day Charges didn't affect until Sept 14, the day trial period of product expired Even with that being said, customer already agreed to discounts given on Sept of 75% off products

Customer has filed a chargeback on the transaction, so there is nothing from us to refund Chargeback disputes are dealt with customer's credit card company and a response from the cc company will notify whether the dispute succeeded It is not currently in our hands to refund as the funds aren't sided with us

Terms and conditions of purchase were clearly stated on purchase pages for product.  Customer was also informed of the terms and conditions once again through customer service call.  With that said, customer has already been refunded for both charges she is filing for, still allowed to...

keep products.  Dispute was made July 7th, and refunds were given that very same day.

Terms and conditions are clearly stated on sales pages to show enrollment of subscription.  Customer was also read terms on August 2nd.  With that being said, the account has been closed and customer was refunded $89.95.

Terms and Conditions clearly are listed in bottom of sales pages.  Check boxes are required boxes prior to checkout as well.  Even with that said, customer was refunded in full - shipping charges that are nonrefundable.  Customer was also read Terms when called in and spoke to...

Customer saw ad through her mobile device... product is $4.95 shipping/handling fees.  upsell product of eye serum is and additional $5.95.  Our opt out link is next to our terms and conditions link.With that even said... We have already refunded the customer the $5.95 on the eye serum...

(please go ahead and keep it as we apologize for the inconvenience).  We have also discounted the original purchased product by $2.

Customer was explained terms and conditions by rep.  Sales pages also have terms and conditions clearly listed and highlighted.  Customer did not request any RMA although it was offered.  With that said, customer has already been given refund of $89.95

Full refund was given to last charges.  Not sure what customer is looking for here for resolution.  Especially after terms and conditions were read to customer.
