Beware! Allure Aesthetics is probably not the company you wish to deal withTroy *** was supposed to deliver a pre-owned laser to us back in May of After sending him a deposit of $15k, we waited for weeks for delivery of the laser It was one excuse after another as to why it had not been deliveredWe finally decided to back out of the deal because things just didn't seem quite right and asked for our deposit back Again, we are waiting and hearing one excuse after another The latest excuse is probably my favorite though The secretary is going through a divorce, is distracted, and didn't get the check in the mail to us! This is laughable! Troy hardly replies to phone calls and emails, and seems to be on a perpetual vacation He did reply to us last week promising to send our deposit back to us...even presented a UPS mailing label to us He's made threats of charging us with slander for posting negative comments about him and his "business" In my opinion, this man is a total fraud and from what I hear has scammed numerous people out of thousands of dollarsJust beware

On May 29th, 2017, I purchased a Cynosure laser machine from Allure Aesthetics INCTroy Johnson (Rep/Owner) was who I spoke withI found the company via Internet ; Allure Aesthetics INC advertises the selling and repairing of used laser UnitsThe method of purchasing the laser was with a check ; once sent to him to the address of; Allure Aesthetics INC, *** *** *** *** ** *** ** ***As soon as Troy Johnson received payment he sent tracking numbers and gave excuses every week regarding the laser machineOnce asked for a refund After several weeks, due to NEVER receiving the laser Unit, he stopped answering phone calls and emailsMonths have passed and I have not received the Unit I paid for ; for the amount of $29, 350, Upon doing hours of research regarding this Fraudulent Company I have found more than other victims; Nurses, Plastic Surgeons, Spa Owners that have lost THOUSANDS of dollarsThis Company has been getting away with theft for several years now and nothing is getting done to STOP Troy Johnson with his SCAM companyAllure Aesthetics is highly advertised on Google, it pops up as one of the most popular companies, easy way to get customers.Please be aware that I have contacted other Victims and that have started legal actions against Troy Johnson, He has gotten away with Scamming over $500, and was once in Jail for online theftOnce released from Jail he is back with the same company name and stealing hundreds of thousands of dollarsA plastic Surgeon From San Francisco managed to get him down from several medical selling websites; however, His website is still active and he has managed to sneak in high demand websites for selling Spa & medical devices

I have Reported Allure Aesthetics INC to Consumer Affairs From the State Of Colorado & The Internet Crime Complaint Center & Several BLOGS and have emailed several Websites !

We are having an awful experience with Allure Aethetics and Troy *** Just yesterday we met with our attorney to take legal action against him and the company He was contracted to deliver a laser to us months ago, at least and didn't Now, he won't refund our $15k deposit on that laser Always one excuse after another for not following through...namely that he's on vacation/out of the office If I could give a minus star review, I would! What a con artist!

About Troy he called our Medical Office stating he had a Laser for sellThe price was determinedThen the fax and all the information of what we were receiving along with a contractThe funds were wired into his account it was done the same day as he was putting pressure on stating that there was three other people looking at the laserWell needless to say once he got the moneyThe unit never came....along with excusesit was delivered to the wrong place, he lost the key to his warehouse, the driver picked it up it should be here tmI called the next day and he could not find the driver he would get back to me never did get the call and never got the laserNeedless to say we filed a police report for fraud this man needs to be stopped I’m hoping everyone reads this report before sending moneyPS at the time all his paper and contracts came under Tru esthetics only later to find out he is also under Allure

We are looking into the issue, We have tracking numbers of items being delivered to her location, Also Picture of the device with her name listed on it. We are a broker on the deal the seller is handling all the delivery. Plus the contract list that we have delays on shipping. Please let me know if...
