Review: Last year, Allure Aesthetics had one of their employees walking around to the local businesses in the area for a package deal at their spa (they were just opening at the time and needed business). I bought two packages, which totalled to $60. After numerous phone calls to try and set up an appointment at Allure Aesthetics (as well as going by multiple times to walk in and schedule, each time resulting in the door being locked), I finally contacted "Spas with Cause" (the deal that Allure Aesthetics had contracted with) for a refund. I still have every email with them documenting they understood Allure Aesthetics was not responding and they even offered another spa for the deal. I declined, at this point it had been 6 months and I just wanted my money back). [redacted] at Spas with Cause told me to send the papers back (I made a copy of it just in case) to an address in Fountain Valley. He assured me that once he had received it, they would issue me a check and send it to the address I provided them. Once I did mail it to them and emailed them consistently for 3 months wanting a response on the refund, he NEVER emailed me back.Desired Settlement: I want my $60 back that I had spent on the services I never received.
