We shop at this location 3-4 times a year. A business there sold me a product for eye cream which seemed to work while there. I bought the product and began using it and it does not work as it did there. I was told there was a money back guarantee if I was not satisfied.I was also told they would email me a receipt with all this info. I never got the receipt but they charged my credit card $266.25. My statement says AllureBeautyLasVegasNV. I tried to find a place to contact them. I can't find a email address. I now see other complaints in Las Vegas which are the same problem. We have a home in Fort Myers Beach for the last 32 years and frequent this flea market whenever we are there. I feel like I was taken advantage of. We are currently in Illinois so I am unable to go there now. Can you help.? They gave me a verbal guarantee which now I can't find them. They sold me a product that doesn't work. I did send an email to the management of Flamingo Flea Market in Bonita Springs.

Refund I believe they sold me a product that perhaps they were using as it doesn't appear to have much in it. Maybe it was expired or not the same as they demonstrated to me physically. I would take a product that works or I would like a refund as stated to me at purchase.
