This customer items was shipped to the address that was provided by PayPal. We do not change addresses in the PayPal shipping tool. Our responsibility as a company is to locate the customers name, select the package, and print the labels. We ask all customers...

to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address when using PayPal. This protects our business to make sure that we are sending out the product to the customer if they file a dispute. I spoke with this customer and informed her that as soon as we receive the package that we will send it back. The customer has the tracking information and was able to track the package as well and was able to see that the package had not arrived at our location. I have attached the delivery information and it shows that her items was delivered. So contact the customer as please ask her to state truthful facts. If you pay through PayPal you can always file a dispute to receive your money if our company has not sent the customer the items.
