I can not say enough wonderful things about Allure Construction and Design. I worked with the owner, [redacted], very closely, during my complete ski condo remodel. I'll add that I am not the easiest person to work with and expect nothing less than perfection. I'm thrilled to report that my condo is gorgeous. [redacted] met my every demand, handled change orders seamlessly and treated me, the ever demanding person. with courtesy and professionalism. I would not think twice about recommending Allure Construction and Design. They truly are a class act!!!!!

I had Allure Construction build a complete basement remodel for me. I had three companies give me estimates, and after my initial experience with the owner Troy and his prompt and very detailed estimate, I knew who I wanted for my project! Troy and his crew did a truly remarkable job on my basement and it looks beautiful! They always kept me updated on changes/revisions that were required, their timeline for completion was very accurate, and the estimate was also very accurate compared to the final cost. This was my first time hiring a contractor for a large project, and I will always use Troy and his company for future projects. They are complete professionals who know what their doing and and extremely trustworthy and dependable...I cannot say enough good things about them!

I think we lucked out and picked one of the best contractors in Spokane. Allure Construction, owned by [redacted], was great to work with as were his workers, all nice people and skilled craftsmen. The addition looks great and the craftsmanship looks very professional. Their input into the project was helpful and made for a good experience. They respected our privacy and our neighbors and kept working on things until we were pleased with it. They were classy in that they were all pros, just good work, no bad language or inappropriate behavior. They were pros all the way and were very kind to us and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your own project.

[redacted] is a true professional, does high quality work, handles unexpected problems with ease and stays on schedule and on budget. He is also great at communicating with clients and other professionals on the job. I would definitely recommend [redacted] for any size residential project. In fact, my husband and I have hired him to do projects at our own home and are thrilled with the results.
