- My friend made appointments for her and I on same day which we attended in Sept- I loved my hair after that appointmentThat is why I went back after months- The stylist assured me she understood my wishes- My friends/family knew what I wanted, we took before pics so I DID know what I wanted- I questioned the stylist during the process with her assuring me she knew what I wanted- I questioned her further during the blowing out as I couldn't see how she could be finished when she did not do the bottom half of my hair in foils- When I put my glasses on and could see I was horrified- The stylist had done exactly the opposite of what I asked forShe colored the top half with foils and put rinse in the bottom- I spent months growing it out and wanted the bottom done to match the top outgrownth- The stylist told me she needed to blend in the middle so that is what I thought she was doing with the foils- The [redacted] came over WHEN the stylist went to her chair to talk to her I was not loud at that time- The [redacted] came over and told me that my hair may be damaged or fall out with further treatmentShe kept talking about hightlights and lowlights I am not a specialist as she isI asked two questions was it safe to try and fix the mistake and could she get it back to all over salt and pepperShe SAID it may fall out or be severly damaged and we won't know until we try it for the colorAt that point I got up and left in tears and had to pull over to be sick a block down the street- I called later that day and spoke to ***She said the same as above with two additionsThat the same stylist would be the only one to do my hair and that she DID NOT know what the charge would be with no guarantee as to damage or my hair falling outTHEY KNEW I had spent months growing out my hair so as to go all natural I did not want the outgrowth colored - My family and friends were shocked to see this outcome after going mo earlier and getting a great outcome- I went to an Aveda product using salon for a consult and they did my hair as best they could at least I can be seen in public- It cost me way above what it would have cost to have JUST the bottom of my hair colored in the first place- It will now take me almost yrs to get to my natural color growing out ALLURE HAIR SALON's mistake- I AM APPAULED that I am accused of trying to get something for nothingAttacking a patron and making this accusation when this business was at fault is beyond beliefThe salon I went to to correct this mistake were also shocked that it was colored the way it wasTHEY had no trouble understanding what I wantedI explained the same exact way I did to ALLURE stylist Maekla- I am still requesting a settlement of the difference of the cost IF they had done my hair correctly in the first place- I have to spend months outgrowing their mistake along with the extra cost to have their mistake made presentableLet alone the time it has taken me to have my hair redone and taking off work to do it- Any business who makes a mistake would correct the matterAll I heard was what this business felt their loss wasWould anyone in their right mind allow the same person who made the mistake work on them! Would anyone allow this work when told your hair may fall outWould anyone pay for having their hair ruined- Maybe I should have put in writing my desires for serviceWho would think this was necessary when I had received such great care the first time I was there

Attacking a patron and making this accusation when this business was at fault is beyond belief. The salon I went to to correct this mistake were also shocked that it was colored the way it was. THEY had no trouble understanding what I wanted. I explained the same exact way I did to ALLURE stylist Maekla. 19 - I am still requesting a settlement of the difference of the cost IF they had done my hair correctly in the first place. 20 - I have to spend months outgrowing their mistake along with the extra cost to have their mistake made presentable. Let alone the time it has taken me to have my hair redone and taking off work to do it. 21 - Any business who makes a mistake would correct the matter. All I heard was what this business felt their loss was. Would anyone in their right mind allow the same person who made the mistake work on them! Would anyone allow this work when told your hair may fall out. Would anyone pay for having their hair ruined. 22 - Maybe I should have put in writing my desires for service. Who would think this was necessary when I had received such great care the first time I was there.
