Hi ***, the complaint filed, number *** has been resolved by my credit card company, I was issued credits for the charges submitted by Allure Jewelers. I didn't receive a response from Allure Jewelers, I haven't heard back from them since I tried to contact them about being refunded for
charges for orders I had cancelled, but was still charged forLike I included in the e-mail I sent, my credit card company somehow handled this, and credited me for those chargesThis seller is untrustworthy and shouldn't be allowed to conduct business Sincerely,*** ***
