I got my nails done and they look awaful. After being there for two hours.
Billing Adjustment I want a full refund.
Hi Ms. I do apologize for the inconvenience my technician has cause, to guarantee customer satisfaction we do have a 7 day warranty and if it was brought up to us right then and there and if it was are technician fault I wouldn't have charge you for any service and would have also credit you for your next visit for the inconvenience. By any chance do you know who was the technician that did your nails or have a picture that can be sent to us so that I can look into the case, Are business email is ***@yahoo.com.

That's a lie. I told the two ladies at the front desk before I paid and show them how awful my nails where. They said I could sit two two more hours and get them redone or come back with in 7 days. I'm not letting a place that mess up my nails touch my nails again. I asked not to charge me so I could choose a better place to get them redone. They said no. I paid left and posted a bad review on line. My son was there and heard everything too.
