I [redacted] Paid the 606.00usd to a man that was the creditor called [redacted] inTORONTO,ONTARIO CANDA by western union I did and signed all documents A [redacted] was the representative the loan was not released I called to find out why the Customer Service said that there was a Insurance to be paid which was not in the contract and would not send papers on that so first wanted $350.00 I paid that after I paid that they wanted $579.00 more I did not see going on with this loan would not send papers on that I am fileing complaint about that misleading company that got me out of 956.00 plus senting fees they said they would refund my money March * they did not I called the phone numder has been disconnected .Desired Settlement: want a refund and them to face a large fine and put out of business so nobody elso gets took from this people.
Review: I was contacted by [redacted], a Senior Loan Officer at Allure Personal Financing about a request for a personal loan. When I spoke with [redacted], she was very kind, explained to me how Allure's company worked and how my loan would work. I was impressed, it all seemed on the up and up. [redacted] faxed me a contract for my loan that seemed very real and professional. The cotract outlined the terms of our agreement and had a clause that my "investor" could ask me to buy insurance for the loan. I signed the contract knowing that I would make 2 inital payments first. I made a pay,ent to "[redacted]" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada via Western Union. As soon as I made that payment, I called [redacted] and she assured me that my loan would be transefered within the hours. Well it didn't go through, I called Jusy back and she said that my "investor" wanted mr to purchase insurance and that Allre agreed to put in the $1000 for the insurance if I would agree to pay an aditional $500, which I did again through Western Union to "[redacted]". [redacted] then assured me that my loan would go through and that this was not a scam and that I would have my loan within a day. She also stated that she would be out of the office and that she was passing my file to [redacted]. I was very hestitant to have my file transferred to someone else becasue this company has the worst phone system that I have ever called into and NOBODY ever picked up the phone, it is all automated, and they can choose not to answer. My file went to [redacted] and when I spoke with her becasue yet again, I did not receive my transfer she explained that I need to put in another $500 because the insurance company would not accept that Allure was putting in more money than I was for insurance. [redacted] assured me that if I put in this $500 she was applying for a grant for $1000 to refind some of my money. So I did, another $500 to teh same "[redacted]". [redacted] then assured me that I would have my loan within 24 hours. Again, no loan. As I could not get a hold on [redacted], I tried to get a hold of [redacted] and when I entered her extension in, the phone system immedately hung up on me. [redacted] told me that I called so much that the system blocked my phone line to that extension. [redacted] and I spoke again and she asked me what I wanted to do, becasue that oloan was nbot available anymore, she asked me if I wanted my money back or to go for another loan, I was already invested in this so I saidf go for another loan. [redacted] and I agreed to go for a $40k loan this time, with no changes to the contract that I signed and that I need to only put up on last payment of $475, which I did. [redacted] assured me that after I put this up, my transfer was scheduled for Friday Fe [redacted], and that my loan would be transferred in by 12pm. Low and behold, no money was transferred. I tried to call [redacted] several times and now my phone is locked out of their system.I called again from a different numbver this time and spoke with [redacted] again and she said that she could see my funds were ready to transfer, but because [redacted] was dealing with my account, she could not see why they did not transfer. I pleaded with her to get a hold of [redacted] for me and she said she would have her call me, but I never received any phone call. I tried to call [redacted] and [redacted] this morning from the phone that was getting through, and I left messages for both of them pleading for them to call me. I tried them again alittle while later, because4 nobody ever picks up that phone, nor does [redacted]. a [redacted] EVER call anyone back, and now that phone number has been blocked.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. $2390.
