I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting the response from Kristina *** at Allure
Salon and SpaI disagree with her statement that there was no error in the
color service providedMy main is*** is that there was no consultation
provided to me and the color left a visible line between the new color and my original
colorI have attached a picture showing my hair two days after the color
service, which clearly shows the line
In addition, I’d like to point out several things Kristina
stated in her response that are not accurate, causing me to question whether
Kristina is aware of the full story:
1.
Kristina stated: My mother, ***, and I are not frequent
customers of Allure Salon
Fact: My mother and I have been customers
for over years and have not gone anywhere else for hair services during that
time
2.
Kristina stated: My mom accompanied me to my original
appointment and we both received a consultation about the color from the
stylist, Kelly
Fact: My mom did not accompany me to my
appointmentKristina was not at the salon eitherI did not receive any
consultation from Kelly regarding the color service, including what should be
expected or other options to considerHowever, after the color, Kelly curled
my hair and stated that the coloring looked better with curlsThis is not my
standard way of styling my hair and made it difficult to notice the coloring
is***s before I left the salon
3.
Kristina stated: I called a couple days later stating I
changed my mind about what I wanted my hair to look like
Fact: I did call two days later, after the
is***s became apparent when I washed my hair and styled it in my fashion
(vsthe curls that Kelly put in my hair immediately after dying it)I shared
my concerns but did not state that I changed my mind about the colorWe
scheduled time for me to return to the salon and meet with Kristina the next
day
4.
Kristina stated: She offered me three options (touch up
the color, highlights, original color)
Fact: Kristina only offered to try a new
color to see if it would blendGiven my original request was to have a color
that blended, I was not interested in playing with new colors and instead told
Kristina I wanted her to dye it back to my original color
5.
Kristina stated: My mom called pushing for a refund and
called again to request the same thing
Fact: I called first and asked Kristina for a
refund or discount, which she would not provideMy mom then called and left a
message sharing her dissatisfaction with how this was handled after being long
time customersShe called again because Kristina did not return the original
callAs with my conversation, Kristina would not provide a refund or discount
I continue to request a refund for the color service
