November 18, Dear Revdex.com,I Fares G*** Owner and Manager of Giani Hair Salon (previously named Allure) in response to the complaint received about *** *** ID # *** has no truth to the matterWhen she came into the salon she told me what she would
like to have done while also showing me a pictureI told her it could be done but she would have to understand the difference between her hair and the hair in the pictureI explained to her clearly that from the top of her ear to the bottom of her neck she has damaged pink hair, and in order to get it to the color desired we would have to strip it with bleach then color over itI also explained that she has very fine hair and by doing a full highlight it would look like the picture but again she would have to understand her hair is much thinner than the hair in the picture she said “ok"Lastly I told her we are going to need to cut at least 1% inches because of her previously damaged hair and she agreedAs a stylist I explained the situation to her and she agreed upon everythingThis process took about 2% to hours we had to bleach the pink out of the hair, apply color, apply highlights, and then cut her hairWhen the process was finished she complained about the charge of $this process cost at least $to $while leaving the salon she was pleased but then came back a couple days later unsatisfiedIn a whole what I am trying to say is I did the least I could do by not causing her hair any further damageIf you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give me a call at ###-###-####.Thank you

Review: I went into the salon for my hair to be dyed, nothing else. I showed the hairdresser (who is the owner) a picture of how I would like my hair. He glances at it and goes off and does his own thing, not following the picture I showed him. He cuts my hair because it was "damaged", not what I made the appointment for. I get charged $180.00 for something I did not want. He refused to refund my money. I went back two times. The first time he offered to do thermal treatments to my hair, something that won't fix the poor dye job or make my cut hair grow back. He was rude when I asked for a refund. He said: "you can talk to the manager on Monday, or you can call the police if you are not happy". Very unprofesional. I went back on Monday to talk to the manager. She was very sweet, but since she isn't the owner, there is nothing she could do. As I was walking in to speak with the manager, the owner/hairdresser who did my hair said: "You're back? You are not getting your money back!", even though he suggested I talk to the manager. I would just like my money back. I was charged too much for something that I didn't want.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in full, $180.00.

When the process was finished she complained about the charge of $180.00 this process cost at least $225.00 to $250.00 while leaving the salon she was pleased but then came back a couple days later unsatisfied. In a whole what I am trying to say is I did the least I could do by not causing her hair any further damage.
