We contacted him, set an appointment and went onsite to resolve check his link.  He is connected to a solar powered site and we had an issue there around Christmas weekend.  There is an after hours phone number posted on our web site.  The issue took several days to resolve.  We...

credited his account for $10 to compensate for the outage.  Apparently, this was not satisfactory and he has cancelled the service.
