Review: From the company, Alluring Windows, I ordered 2 draperies with the relating hardware. The order date was August **, 2014. I paid the 50% downpayment as asked at the time of order. The expected delivery time was 6 weeks, which would map out to October [redacted].

The date is currently December **, 2014 and the job is not complete (already 2 months+ late in services).

My experience has been:

1. I have to pro- actively call the company and demand delivery, which I have done many times. I have already filed 2 complaints via the company's website (written November ** and December [redacted]).

2. Installers came several times, but then they stated the measurements (which they measured) are wrong and they have to re- order the drapery or the hardware, causing each time, weeks of delays.

(ie. one drapery needed a ceiling mount but the curtain delivered was for a wall mount; The curtain then had to be re-cut and the hardware had to be re-ordered.).

3. Installers fail to show up at times, dates promised (such as today 12/**/14 9am)

4. Installers seem confused as to the hardware that was ordered, even though I have taken the time to go over the issue with the salesman and 2 different installers.Desired Settlement: I am writing the Revdex.com in the hopes that the job will be finished to my satisfaction.

I would also expect the job to be discounted by 25%, as the company grossly failed to live up to the original agreement.
