I think it helps to remember that there is a process in ordering prescription medications regardless of where you're ordering them fromThe company selling the medicines by law has to verify the prescription with the physician who wrote itThis takes time because they have to wait for the authorization back from the vet's officeAlso, if it's a critical medication for your pet; why not get a couple of days' worth from your vet even if it costs a bit more so that you can get your pet started while you wait for your order to ship? I wish I would have done that but I only thought about it today when I realized that since it was going to take a day to go through the authorization process with my vet, the medicine wouldn't be here before the weekend
I first ordered meds for my dog on 11/24/ I had paid extra for 3-day delivery When I emailed to find out disposition on 12/I was told it would be shipped the next day and was given a tracking number which did not work so I waited thinking I checked it to soon So I waited and recheckedIt was a bogus numberI contacted them again and they said the preauthorization had expired so they had to redo itTurns out that mean from the beginningThey rewrote the order and gave it a new numberThis took another days? Then I get a message stating it was shipped on 12/and given a UPS tracking number Number legit but no info, on 12/UPS sends me a text stating they received my shipment on 12/27/at 9:p.mUPS says it will be delivered on 1/4/it transports and transfers it to USPS which transports it to Grand Rapids MI and it arrives on 12/sends it to Lyons and should be delivered today 12/ This med ordered on 11/has taken days to receiveConsidering all the complaints against this company, why are they still in business?

UPS says it will be delivered on 1/4/16 it transports and transfers it to USPS which transports it to Grand Rapids MI and it arrives on 12/30 sends it to Lyons and should be delivered today 12/31 This med ordered on 11/24 has taken 38 days to receive. Considering all the complaints against this company, why are they still in business?

I cannot say one positive thing about this company. I signed two dogs for autoship refills - to go out at different times. Both orders are for heart meds - not something I can run to the big box store and get. The initial order was no problem. Second order - auto ship - dog #1 ran out of meds - I started trying to call the company - finally got [redacted] on the line - full of excuses - they had been out of the meds (no reason for not contacting me), then she told me my dog didn't have refills (after looking at his account, she acknowledged that he had 4 refills - their mistake) - she said they would ship immediately and the cost would be [redacted] - I stated that since it was their mistake, they should pay the express shipping. Two weeks later I received the med for dog #1 - they held it and shipped with the order for dog #2. I just returned from a vacation expecting to have heart meds for dog #1 waiting here at the house. No meds - FOUR hours on the phone this morning before I got [redacted] yet again. This time it seems that the auto ship computer notice is messed up so the meds didn't go out....and yet again, no notice to the customers. Once again I am without heart meds for my 15 year old rescue dog and the other dog has a surplus of 100 pills. I will have to do compounding on the meds of dog #2 to keep dog #1 in med compliance until a new company can ship to me. This business should not be allowed to offer the auto ship - no one in a supervisory position ever called me back despit the 3 assurances from [redacted] that they would. And today, when I was expressing my displeasure and the seriousness of this shipping problem - she hung up on me!!! I should have checked this site before I ordered from them. I did look at other sites - I don't know who the happy customers are, maybe friends and relatives of the few employees this company seems to have.
