Allvoi manager spoke with the customer on July 1st 2015. The issue was resolved. Full refund for the month of June was issued. The customer however decided to close his Allvoi account. We hope to be able to serve the customer in the future...

problems. Mr[redacted] service was quickly restored. He is using ALLVOI service now.
Allvoi manager has reviewed the account and identified that the client is eligible, based on our policy, to receive a credit for shipping and a new replacement adapter. Furthermore, the client was switched to a different plan that better meets his needs.
