I contracted allways vinyl serveral years ago to install a 6 foot vinyl fence around my backyard. This work was completed beyond my satisfaction but it is a more recent matter I feel compelled to write a review about.
Several weeks ago I broke the hardware on my large fence gate. I called Allways Vinyl to repair assuming I would have a bill of at least $75 for the trip & parts. The owner showed up with his two sons exactly when promised, repaired the hardware and replaced it back on my gate with absolutely NO CHARGE! (years after the original install) Now THAT is what I call excellent customer service! I cannot say how refreshing it is to deal with a business such as this these days.
I rate a 10 to all aspects of my experience with this business including initial contact, proposal, requested revisions, quality of material, installation of fence, and personnel.
