I am rejecting this response because I specifically went over the fact during the quote meeting that the carpets were going to be professionally cleaned the day before & asked if I should purchase mattress bags.I was onsite during the move in but not insight of the movers as I had landscapers there at the same time.During the quote, I was assured they would protect the carpet and wrap the mattresses

The customer was on sight the entire time of the move and could have communicated the preferences to the crew, if the problems pertaining to mattresses and carpet were as she stated (the customer is in charge).
