Very good prices for what you get. Excellent customer service.
All wood outlet is a company that took my money and did not provide the product. Let me explain, I purchased a butcherblock countertop from them 6/5/17, they collected the money the same day, I called them 6/9/17 to make sure they would ship my item and they told me that I never paid. However, they deducted this amount from my paypal amount. So I quickly canceled the order, well they never return my money. I contact paypal and opened a case against them. while paypal investigated my case, allwood outlet provided them a tracking number that the item was shipped to my home. Paypal closed the case stating they provided evidence that I received the item. However this is not true, the delivery invoice is fabricated, if they did indeed shiped to my home, with a huge package where is my signature. there is no signature on the page, it is a plain delivery invoice, now you tell me what company delivers a large package without a signature, none!!!. Because it is a lie. you must sign to state there is no damage. This cmpany is the worst. Buyer beware, do not buy from this company.

This complaint is completely unfounded and contains nothing but false statements. *** was refunded 100% of her money ten months ago and Allwood lost over $1,000.00 on the customized item she ordered and cancelled after delivery was attempted. The attached PayPal transaction detail shows the first refund to her on October 30, 2017 in the sum of $290.26, and the second refund to her on November 1, 2017 in the sum of $399.69, for a grand total of $689.95 which was the full price she paid for the butcher block. Invoice attached. Allwood was also charged fees by PayPal for these transactions and was stuck with a custom order that no one else wanted to buy. By lying to PayPal, she was able to deceive them into giving her all her money back instead of just the refund for the product minus our shipping costs which totaled $399.69. Shipping Invoices attached. Allwood did not have the time and resources to waste on appealing the decision and let Ms. keep the money so we could focus on other customers. Now this dishonest person is trying to ruin our reputation ten months after receiving her full reimbursement. In her frivolous Revdex.com complaint, Ms. has invented her own policy and procedures for Allwood deliveries which simply do not exist. She also falsely accused Allwood of submitting fabricated documents to support our claim. She also claims to possess recorded conversations made without our consent which is illegal. Although we have nothing to hide, illegal conduct should not be encouraged. We sincerely hope Revdex.com will not publish this complaint because it certainly does not serve the public interest in any way and may unintentionally give people ideas of how to game the system against honest companies like ours. Frankly, Ms. is lucky she has not been sued yet for civil damages and criminal activity. Thank you for your time and consideration.
