They did have the option to call another wrecker company Highway patrol gives them that option when the accident happens To get a rate sheet from myself or highway patrol all they have to do is ask Still have not heard back from Billy [redacted] on where to send the bill That ones one of the first things I ask was what is a fax number to send over the bill and a copy of the credit card receipt Still have not been called back with a fax number So will be sending the receipt to the address that I found I can't do anything about their insurance all I can do is advise them on how to claim it to their insurance but they don't want to listen to me about how to do that So there is nothing I can do there Thanks

They state they were waiting on a fax numberHe had a p o box and an email address and he wanted a fax He stated he sent the bill to an address he found He had our address from the first day This situation is rapidly turning into a legal matter and I really think you are doing an injustice to the consumer if you don't take your time and research this matter thoroughly This matter had many improprieties and some legalities that are of interested to many people who are investigating this matter

This matter has yet to be resolved I am asking for a fair bill for the work that was done This has become a legal matter with several agencies involved You are doing the consumers a great injustice if you do not allow anyone to file a complaint This business operates under some unusual business practices and the sooner all consumers are aware of this the better off people traveling in and through Wyoming will be I have written a letter asking for an equitable settlement but have no received a reply as of this date

I am rejecting this response because:these rates are not available for anyone until they have rendered service.  We did not have the option of using another service.  Also we were...

not given a written Bill but we're told we would pay the 17160 dollars or our ranch equipment hauled away.  We were told by the drivers and the owners that the bill would be covered by insurance even though we only had liability.  We believe this has been padded for insurance purposes and we don't have coverage.  They tell you this to get you to pay by credit card.  Also they don't give you a bill so you the Wyoming Highway lieutenant can check the rates. We would be most HAPPY to pay a reasonable Bill that was not based on the false statement that liability coverage would cover this.  Several people involved were told this by the owner.
