the charge of $910.00 for her endodontic procedure an evaluation and two X-rays. Discounted rate was $227.50 she paid 300.00 at that time. Then on 11/18/2013 she paid an additional 300.00 leaving a balance of 82.50. We had made many attempts to contact her via phone calls, mail and then certified letter.
