ZERO STARS! Allyson’s Flowers wants to SCAM you! They are NOT local to your city! They don’t even have a flower shop location in Westlake, Ohio! They take your money and get the cheapest arrangement they can from real flower shops local to your venue.

On July 25, 2025 I requested a custom $250 arrangement for a memorial service which ended up costing $288 with taxes and delivery fee. I gave very specific instructions for color and flowers for this large spray. After seeing the flowers that were delivered, it was obvious that my instructions were not followed, and a different flower shop name was on the arrangement. I found out that the local flower shop in Sharpsburg, GA was not given my specific instructions and furthermore that Allyson’s flowers had only paid them for a “small” spray, which cost less than $160, including the delivery fee!

I called Allyson’s flowers multiple times and talked to Steven (who answered the phone) and was called back by Cathy Anne (the ‘manager’) who always used a private number. I was either put on hold or hung up on every time I talked with one of them, and I was never able to give a full explanation of the problem, though I remained cool and cordial throughout the (brief) conversations. I also emailed the company “Plantrex” three times with very reasonable and well-founded complaints (with photos), and I received NO response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOU AS A CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER—THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

Allyson’s flowers is a scam. You will not get what you expect. You will get a cheap replacement to what you order. And it will look NOTHING like the picture you choose from. I had to give them 1 star because the review will not post without it. They do not deserve even 1.

I ordered a Deluxe Gift Basket online through Allyson Flowers for my Aunt's funeral home visitation as I live in NYS. The picture on their website looked very attractive with gourmet meats, mustards, gourmet pretzels etc. I thought it would something very nice for my Uncle and his family. My cousin sent me a picture thanking me for the gift basket and I was shocked to see prominently chocolate pudding cups (SnackPak and what looked like a juice box with other items which I could not discern were. I was very displeased as the price for this item is $122. I sent Allyson Flowers an email attached to the receipt including the picture I received from my cousin. I requested either a refund or an actual deluxe basket tray be sent to my Uncle's home. I heard nothing back. I called them and was given to the decorator of these baskets. I explained what my issues were and she said she would talk with the owner and call me back. After three more days of nothing, I called the store again and was told the matter was closed. I assured the gentleman answering the phone it was not. He had the decorator call me again and she told me that they can't guarantee what goes into the baskets as they use what they have on hand. I started to laugh and said snack packs seriously for a $122 basket? She said there were other things in it and hung up on me. I called the store and asked to speak with the owner, Allyson. I was first told she stops in once a week and then told after that she won't be back until mid September. Upon hearing this, I suggested he call her like their decorator did and give Allyson my information and I would start sharing my experience with people online. There website does not mention anything about changing out items other than flowers...they scammed me knowing I didn't live in their area. Don't trust them.

I ordered flowers then read a few reviews that were discouraging, so I called their 1-800 #. A gentleman answered the phone, he asked for my order #, then proceeded to give the recipients name, the time of the funeral and then assured me that my order was on it's way. The flowers were just as shown on the website, not a single one of them damaged or wilted. I had never used this florist, knew nothing about them except that they did actual deliveries, not Florist to Door delivery where they leave them at the door. I am so pleased, and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I looked up local florists near a small town in Colorado. I was told they were local and would deliver early the next day. I did not receive confirmation of delivery, and when I actually got to see the "bouquet" that cost me $100, I was so embarrassed and angry! What a complete joke! The flowers were cheap and there were hardly any in the vase, and the whole thing was maybe 10 inches tall. It was supposed to be a nice bright cheerful bouquet for my sister in law whose sister had just passed away. What a total and complete scam!

When I questioned an additional fee they tried to add on a few days after placing an order. They gave me an ultimatum, told me to shut up, canceled the order and hung up on me.
I was polite. They were very rude.
Beware, the bait and switch scam.

evening to see if she had heard from Allyson's Flowers.  She has not.  I shared with her that I had contacted you folks. The further information is this: our lady's daughter checked the account out of which the payment was made to Allyson's.  They had initially told her that they would charge her $70 plus a $5 delivery fee.  In checking her account, they actually charged her $84.  So, they have been deceptive concerning this as well.  The daughter called Allyson's and they insisted a $70 arrangement was delivered.  As I stated yesterday, Swan St. Florist in Salamanca, NY, who actually did the arrangement, was only given $42 from Allyson's, plus delivery cost. I have heard from Allyson's Florist and they have given a $25 credit for sending the wrong flower arrangement to my friend.   I would have preferred a total refund because it was their error but will accept this token from them. Thank you for your help in speeding up the resolution of...

[redacted] at [redacted], was contacted by a woman from Allyson's Florist to fill my order for $60, and the woman gave her a personal credit card.  Also, I purchased an arrangement for $89.95, a $30 difference.  Someone is obviously lying.  If I need to put in another complaint please let me know.  I guess this becomes a "he says she says,  but, with an F rating on Revdex.com, and bad ratings on  YELP, who is telling the truth?
