Allyson's Flowers

I’d like to start out by saying I was blatantly lied to. I asked if they were located in Texas and local, the gentleman said, “yes.”
The true answer, they are located in Ohio a far cry from Texas.
It took approximately 6 phone calls to get the order going. My fault I should have known after the 2nd phone to quit. The last phone call came at the end of the day, when I could not look for another florist, the woman asked if I could spend $30.00 more dollars to get it delivered because the address was so far out, I agreed. To boot all this non-sense the order was not delivered on the date promised which was for a birthday.
So disappointed! I have yet to resolve this issue. If there was a way to give minus stars I would give them a minus 10. They are worthless and dishonest. I haven’t a picture because the flowers and chocolates haven’t arrived yet.
