This company was a 3rd party delivery company that the store *** usesALM Crown movers scratched my brand new laminate flooring in my basement when they delivered the sofa in separate boxesWhen it came time to pay for the move, the mover *** to me and told me I would have to be charged a fuel surcharge feeThis was untrue as later when I contacted his boss remy damaged floors he admitted I never should have been charged the fee and was quick to reimburse a whopping $He requested I send him pictures of my damaged floorsHe proceeded to say he would interview the mover about my damaged laminate floorsNeedless to say his mover denied/*** about having damaged my floors, what else would he do...he is a ***I was told by the boss *** that my floors must have either damaged before or after the delivery and there was nothing else that could be done
Funny, I have no furniture in the basement and I live aloneSo I am unsure as to how else the floor was scratched
