I went through the car wash at Shell in West Dundee, IL on Sunday January at 12:pm There was a huge piece of metal hanging off of their automatic washer in the car wash which damaged my brand new truck I filed a report at the gas station when it happened and they said someone would contact me I have left numerous voicemail messages with their corporate office along with emails sent through their website No one will contact me to get my truck fixed I have video of the actual car wash when the manager let me in to see what happened There was a lady behind me that also had damage to her car I just want them to fix the damage to my truck
