I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As I said the FIRST time the switches failed the ac company and the painter worked it outI never saw a dimeI thought it would be less expensive for ALM to do it that wayI did not ask for payment for the ruined antique chestThe second timeno excuseWhen I had to call another company it turns out the lines were completely clogged as if they had never been serviced and the condensers had never been cleanedWhen I call ALM for service I have to trust they will do the complete serviceI know nothing about AC service and I have to rely on their expertiseI assume service includes testing the system including the float switches and clearing the drain pipeApparently none of this was done although I paid for the service As for being nasty, you'd be upset too if your ac leaked, again, after serviceAnd FYI I was upsetI was not nearly as nasty and threatening as Mark[Your Answer Here]

What *** *** failed to mention is that we did pay for all her damage when the leak first happened because it was within the first year of us installing the equipment, the float switch we used was faulty and the manufacturer wouldn't credit us anything. Her system has also worked free
from any problems for the past or yearsShe also failed to mention the nasty messages she left on my voicemail, like I was the one who ruined her ceilingI have serviced her home the same way I service every ones home, when something goes wrong my customers call and speak to me with respectI didn't appreciate being accused of ruining her ceiling and her attitude so I told her to call someone elseI have many customers, who I offer the services of another company, when I cant get over to them quickly and I can say 95% of them tell me that they will wait, sometimes days, for me to get to there houseI stand by my reputation, I wouldn't treat any of my customers the way *** *** treated me and therefore she is no longer my customer

Review: AM Air conditioning installed the system and services it annually. It has overflowed twice, ruining ceiling in bedroom. Mark has refused to even come and look at the situation, despite annual service. The ceiling was repaired once: it should be again. And the first time the unit overflowed, I allowed Mark to work out something with the painters on site: he never had to pay damages or pay to repaint. Nor did I charge him for the ruined antique dresser. But this time, when I called, again, irritated, he flipped out and refused to even come out. Doesn't ever pay to be nice.Desired Settlement: Fix air conditioning unit - again. Pay for ceiling repair.
