Review: Exhaust And Catalytic Converter. I Went Over A Very Slight,Small Bump In The Street And The Flex Pipe Fell Over,This was just 3 days after I Purchased The Vehicle. The Catalytic Converter Is Clogged Causing My Car To Turn Off Wen It Runs Hot. This Happened a week after I Purchased The Vehicle.Desired Settlement: I paid $2500.00 for this vehicle. My Catalytic Converter Should Not Be Clogged Or Anything Of That Nature In A Week. I feel as If The Dealer Knew That This Was A Problem and Still Sold Me The Vehicle. He stated "He Drove The Car At 90mph on The Highway,That's how he checked the car out to make sure everything was in working order" I would Like A Refund To Purchase Another Vehicle.

I did speak with this customer ([redacted]) on several occasions after 4/10/2014 and let her know she purchased a vehicle that was signed As is not Warranty on the purchased contract and the buyer guide also As is no warranty signed my customer after the inspection of the vechicle and she also test drove before her purchase.. I even went as far as to take a mechanic to her home on 04/11/2015. At which time I noticed that the 2001 Audi had been in some sort of accident. I do have before photos before she took procession and also photos that I took on 4/11/20015 after seeing the vehicle in that state of dents scratches I took pictures and left. I can provide signed documents of As NO WArranty sighned my customerr and also before and after photos. I am sorry but I will not provide a refund But I will have my mechanic assisted with repairs at her expense. Thank you [redacted]

The Vehicle Was Not In An Accident. There is Street Parking By My House And I Woke Up One Morning And Seen My Car Was Side Swiped By Someone That Night. There Is Small Scrape And Slight Blue Paint transfer That Can Be Buffed Out. Someone Also Shattered My Windshield. However, That Does Not Coincide As To Why My Catalytic Converter Is Clogged. And Has To Be Replaced. I Can Only Drive My Car For A Limited Amount Of Time Before It Runs Hot And Turns Off. I Also Noticed On Paperwork, That He Understated The Price Of What I Paid For The Vehicle And Falsely Put What time I Purchased The Vehicle.The Paperwork says 6:00 pm and I Brought the Car at 9 pm. I have a Witness that took me to purchase the Vehicle. I Have Took My Car To A Auto Repair Shop and They stated That The Exhaust Was Already damaged before I Brought the vehicle. He falsely Sold me The car on someone else's premises, its a dealership as well.(Butler Auto Works) I spoke with the Owner of the shop,He is willing to give me a statement stating That [redacted] Does not Work For Him. The paperwork says No Warranty, but I'm unable to operate my car for a long period of time. He ([redacted]) Stated To Me and My Uncle whose a Mechanic that "He Drove The Vehicle At 90 mph on the Highway Back From Chicago, that's how he knew nothing was wrong with the car". He ([redacted]) Has yet to say He Had It Checked Out Thoroughly To Make Sure Everything Is Working. Someone Side swiping my Vehicle, and Shattering my Windshield Has Nothing To Do With As Why My Catalytic Converter Went Out A week later after Purchasing The Vehicle. He Refuses To Help Pay For The Rapairs Or Even Remedy The Problem. That Is Considered An Unfair Practice, especially Wen the Vehicle Was Made Available To Him.
