I am filling this complaint about a driving school that charging me without no service givenI paid by credit card $for a road test on march **, the day of the test I lost my learner permit and I ask the driver if I can bring a copy of my learner and he said yes! I was and he had some student to take to the road test so I told him I will meet him at the road test sideWhen I come at the road test, the DMV officer said I can't do the road test with a copy of my learner permitfinally I didn't do the road test and didn't drive the car once but the driving school is trying to charge my half price for no service and we didn't say that at the beginning

Another student wanted the road test car for the same time as *** but we said we couldn't do it because we already accepted payment from ***We were supposed to meet at 8am on March **, at the school on the day of the road test*** called that morning at 7:30am and said he can't find his permit and asked if he can bring a copy, we said noHe was supposed to meet us at the driving school that morning along with others taking the testHe never showed but met us at the test site later with a copy of his permitHis road test was denied by the State of New York InspectorOur policy states: we need a hour cancelation notice or there will be a $fee for late cancellation*** did not cancel, he showed up late without a permitThough most schools will not refund at all we were fair and gave him a $refundIt's just to cover our lost business for the vehicle and instructor (we still end up loosing)However, *** is not satisfied he wants an unfair full refund

His road test was denied by the State of New York Inspector. Our policy states: we need a 72 hour cancelation notice or there will be a $40.00 fee for late cancellation. It's just to cover our lost business for the vehicle and instructor (we still end up loosing). However, [redacted] is not satisfied he wants an unfair full refund.
