He's a liar means just that, he lied to you. After I called and left several messages for him to call me he finally called me two months after the initial problem and offered to sell me a new air conditioner for a lot of money not repair or replace it at his cost. I told him that I had it repaired not replaced as he told you. He never took responsibility for the problem and never offered to make amends for the A C breaking down. If you remember the answer he gave me, "whoever installed the air conditioner is responsible for it crapping out" he hasn't made amends and took responsibility. People should know that this company does not stand behind their work. I think he owes me some compensation for the pain (medical) and inconvenience. I have not be healthy since

I received a phone call from Eric, the owner, a week ago but rather than admitting responsibility and offering a reasonable solution he said that he would SELL me a new air conditioner, period. He didn't apologize or admit a responsibility or solution or compensation. It's been
over a month and a half and I already paid another company to repair my AC. I would like him to admit guilt and make things right. At this point a monetary compensation for my pain and grief is the only solution. I think that a payment of $would make me feel better. *** ***
