I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I spoke with the City of New York ###-###-#### who posted the original "stop work order" and today November **, 2015 confirmed that no action has been taken to repair the violation [redacted]. I spoke with various tenants in the building and tenants have confirmed that they are not receiving any heat inside their apartments.

The oil burner has an electronic ignition and is not gas fired, and therefore is not affected by issues with gas service in the basement. Heat and hot water has been consistently provided as required.

Review: I am being charged a late fee for paying my condo common charge but the late payment was due to Alma Realty not sending the bill on time, which is not my fault. Alma Realty is now tripling the late charge despite my disputing the charge.Desired Settlement: I want the original and tripled late fees removed from my monthly bill.

Review: Alma Realty Corp/GVS Properties is failing to provide heating the building. NYC posted a stop work order for broiler work in Sept 2015 and since Alma/GVS Properties has not made any repairs. Alma guarantees heat and hot water to be provided in residence building. The guarantee has not been honored.Desired Settlement: For each calendar day our building does not have heat, a daily rent deduction will be made to the total monthly rent. Rent deduction for each day without heat starting November **, 2015 until heat is restored.

Review: We have had little to no heat in our apartment for 5 days and no response from the property manager, the building super, or anyone for that matter.
Review: I signed a 1yr apartment lease with alma realty on March **, 2015 for $1500 a month on Friday for [redacted] I was suppose to call the super to pick up my keys I receive a call from alma realty on Thursday April *, 2015 that my lease has been voided due to the landlord of the building signing another lease with someone else. I know for a fact I signed my lease 1st so therefore my lease should not have been voided I was supposed to be out my current apartment on Tuesday April *, 2015 Alma realty ([redacted]) showed no interest in helping me with this situation only said thats not her problem and theres nothing she can do since then my landlord has giving me till the end of the month and I have a 2 yer old child living with me so I have to find a place ASAP I've contacted alma realty and they confirmed that they have a 3 bed room apartment available and that an "application" is pending I suggest that I signed a lease with you guys and that a lease is far more superior than an application and they replied they can't do that but yet my LEASE was voided.Desired Settlement: All I want is an apartment at Shoreview with the same terms as my lease that is all.
Review: Requested maintenance in three bedroom apartment, primarily the kitchen area due to rodent infestation coming from within the buildings infrastructure. Repair was half- [redacted] completed on a "patch-up" job. Rather than apply brass wool or diamond lath mixed with cement, gaps/holes/openings were boarded up with wood and cement. A rat can chew through regular cement, so the added materials serve as a deterrent in which maintenance had no awareness of.Desired Settlement: Proper repairs using techniques that are proven to be successful with maintaining rodents out of home. Or compensated if repair must come out of pocket.
