I received an email (the first email) that my payment was late at 3:in the afternoonI got off of work and immediately paid my balance online, about hours after I received the emailThe NEXT DAY the came and shut off my water AFTER THE PAYMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN MADENow they are charging me a $re-connect fee when it was their incompetence that led to my water being turned off to begin withI had no water for a day and they are trying to charge ME for it
