At this time, I have been contacted directly by Almar Sales Company regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I returned all merchandise in the original box, with all original wrapping, exactly the way it had been shipped to me, per MrAshkenazie instructions It was sent back on and received by Almar Sales on (see attached proof of delivery from ***) To date I have not received the promised refund I am trying to close out that bank account and cannot until this is resolved.As you can see by the attached email correspondence, I was assured once the items were returned and received, I would be credited It has been over two weeks since they received the return I sent an email to MrA [redacted] last week and haven't received a response I just called and was told MrA [redacted] was out to lunch (it is 2:30pm EST) and that he was the only one who could submit the request for credit I asked for a return phone call In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

contacted by the consumer times and we committed to sending a replacement at no chargeThe replacement product was never shippedToday, 6/**/14, we contacted the consumer, apologized for this situation, and advised that we are shipping a replacementThe consumer was provided with pictures of the shipping label and a tracking #

Review: I purchased Almars bracelet rubberbands for my daughter about 3-4 months ago. When I got them home& she opened them they were all broken. So I called Almar's customer service & talked to a rep who assured me they would just mail out another package. We waited 3-4 weeks & we received nothing. So I called them again & the rep apologized & said they would immediately send out a package. We once again waited & nothing. So I called a third time & I explained to the rep by now I was getting frustrated with this company & all I asked for was for them to replace the product since it was not usable. He also assured me that this time we would receive the bands. This phone called was made about 3 weeks ago & again we did not receive the bands. I understand the product is only worth about $3-$4 but its the principle behind buying a damaged product. Especially when I was told 3 times it would be replaced. This is bad business & I will not be purchasing any products from this company again. I also don't want others to have this happen to them that's why I wanted the Revdex.com contacted.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them replace my daughters bands, that's all I ever asked them for.

Hello - Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to address this complaint. We take full responsibility for not delivering on the promise we made to this consumer. After purchasing a damaged product, we were contacted by the consumer 3 times and we committed to sending a replacement at no charge. The replacement product was never shipped. Today, 6/**/14, we contacted the consumer, apologized for this situation, and advised that we are shipping a replacement. The consumer was provided with pictures of the shipping label and a tracking #.

Review: I returned a a purchase through UPS that was delivered back to the Almar Sales Company in [redacted] on 4/**/14. I have not received my money in return. I have no product and I have not received my refunded money. We have contacted them repeatedly by phone and by email in June and July. Nothing has been resolved.Desired Settlement: By law, I should receive my money for the product: $132.00 that was returned on 4.**.14 and was signed by [redacted]. I am not owed the $26.40 in UPS fees.

Review: I was told by their salesperson on the phone that I would receive 288 slap bracelets for my order. 12 containers with 24 slap bracelets in each container.heir salesperson even asked to call me back so they could confirm this quantity. They called and confirmed 288 slap bracelets for $90. When I received my order there was only one container of 24 slap bracelets. The website stated the shipping weight to be 22 lbs, so I believed that to be the full 288 quantity of this item. The invoice said I had 5 days to report problems and get a refund, but no one is ever there that can take the call. I left about 4 voicemails, sent several emails, and still no response over a week later. I want to discuss this discrepancy but no one will return my many attempts to make contact.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate them sending the other 11 containers that were part of my order. If not, then I want to return everything and get my full refund including shipping. $118.80.
