The materials was not out there, and several of your guys was using drugs on your job site, I do not tolerate drug use on my sites, you have wasted my time, and offered several of my workers bc of that guy Josh u have working and living for u, so I owe u nothing, and legal action, such as defamation
of character will be filed, u have drugies living there and working for u, I have numerous witness

Thank you for making us aware of the drug use The maintenance contractor staying at the property has since been removed and no longer works or stays there Since the filing we have tried to resolve the issue and continue to hear the same promises of work to resolve the issue but no one has showed for the past week, further delaying the project The complaint still stands that the contractor has not performed the work per the contract or what was requested to resolve the complaint
