23, 2016 ID complaint # *** ATTN: *** *** This letter is regarding the complaint you received from *** *** in regards to her maintenance request that she submitted for her air conditioning unit Ms*** 1st notified us that her air conditioner was not working properly on July 18thFollowing her complaint, as we do with all maintenance requests, I submitted and scheduled accordingly We had a maintenance technician out to her unit to check the A/C on July 24thOur tech noted that the filter needed to be cleaned, and that the unit was working properly and was operating at a suitable temperature at the time A few weeks later, Ms*** put in a 2nd request for her air conditioner on August 1st, we again sent maintenance to look at the unit It was determined at that time that Ms*** was in need of a new air conditioning unit She was notified that her new air conditioning unit would be replaced, and that a new one unit was on order Ms*** has since received a new air conditioning unit on August 18, It is my understanding that the issue has been resolved to her satisfaction. In a phone response with Revdex.com staff (LST) Company said the water shut-off was out of their control. It was a city-wide issue as the water department was working on the water lines. For that reason they will be unable to issue the requested credit
