Review: After purchasing a pair of heated gloves, I found that they did not keep my hands warm at all. The store policy is to give store credit for any returns. This is completely understandable knowing how someone could use an item for a one time ski trip and then return the item. In this case, I used the gloves once and found that my hands were numb after just 30 minutes. I feel that there should be an exception when an inferior product does not perform as indicated. I would have been happy to try another brand but Mobile Warming is the only brand they carry. I was offered half credit and half refund. When I said that was unacceptable, the manager on duty said that another manager "might not be as nice". Now that's customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund so I can purchase a different brand at another business
