Almondale Academy

I was so disappointed in this school. It's such a quaint, lovely looking school, I thought it would be perfect. With only 9 students, it seems like they would get a great education. But after enrolling my son, I found out how it is run, and that they don't seem to know what they are doing. The teachers are not certified, and they don't have much of a curriculum. They take in a lot of children with problems but have no training in how to teach them, and don't seem interested in learning. I realized that it was not a good fit for my child and he wouldn't get the kind of education there that he needed. While we were there 5 students (including mine) enrolled and 5 students (including mine) left. And this was in a 3 month period. The last I heard there were only 5 students left. I don't know if they've gotten more or not. If you're looking for a good education for your child, don't put them here!
