Almost 2 Easy Moving

I booked the moving out for the 29 of September 10 am & to bring exta boxes and tape.They showed up 90 minutes early.They were in another company's truck. They treated my belongings terribly. My expensive clothes were thrown with hangers into the box snagging other clothes. My desk was thrown in the air on top of other items. My moving in was booked for September 22.[redacted] called twice early confirming. Mid morning [redacted] called to postpone the move because he had an emergency.I said that would be okay & wished him well. Rescheduled for the 23. On the 23 called to tell me they were loading, awhile later [redacted] called saying he had trouble with another move & they would be delayed. I requested a detailed, itemized list of dates, times, how many men & their names & how many hours they eack worked. I have paid [redacted].00 so far with an outstanding balance of [redacted]$. [redacted] agreed to allow me to inspect before any more money was paid. Now he says I must pay $[redacted] plus $[redacted] before I can have my things back. During move out and move in the truck wasn't full, forcing me to pay for 2 days on both ends.
