Called Toyota of Cleveland to verify that the 2015 Yamaha R6 was still available. After verifying that it was I drove to the bank and withdrew the money to purchase the motorcycle. After driving 30 minutes one way I was told the motorcycle had already been sold to one of the staffs friends a couple of weeks ago and they were waiting on him to decide if he still wanted the bike or not. I wasted 2 hours of my day because they confirmed it was available when it was not. All of the cars I have bought have come from Toyota of Cleveland, as well as my family. We will no longer do business with this dealership if this is how they treat customers. I was told if I wanted to go buy the bike I would have to buy it from the gentleman who's already decided to buy it. Person who supposedly bought it already had not put any money down, and I had cash in hand totaling full asking price for the bike.
