Almost New Rent A Car

I am rejecting this response because:MrK*** never informed me of any cancellation policy, nor is any policy of any sort listed on his websiteHe is not only a poor excuse for a business owner with horrible customer service skills, but is a complete liarMy initial conversation with him took all of seconds with him stating he had a van available for the date I requested, and that he wanted my credit card informationWhen I attempted to ask him questions he stated 'just give me the number'...once I provided my credit card number the phone call was ended rather abruptly by MrK***With service and responses like that I would never do business with that kind of individual, and I would recommend anyone else from using his services

08/16/2017The customer called and reserved a passenger van on or about 7/27/The customer was told at the time of booking that we have a day cancellation policy and that if they needed to cancel they would have to do so by 8/ 1/On 8/4/the customer called and asked to come see
the van and he was told the van was out on rental at that timeThe customer called back in appox minutes and cancelled the rental to be picked up on 8/8/We charged the customer $as agreed because they cancelled within the day cancellation window.THANK YOU Michael K

Review: This was a rental and not a sale but there was no category for that issue. I was quoted a price of $575.00 to rent this vehicle for the week. When we received our credit card statement they had charged us $907.91. The van was returned early, under the allotted mileage allowance, cleaner than when rented and with more gas. We were not notified of any additional charges nor called to be informed that the total would be higher than the quoted price. I have called the business on numerous occasions to discuss only to be told that they were busy and would call me back. I have just recently filed a dispute of the charges with the credit card company as I have been left with no other option.Desired Settlement: Refund and explanation of such poor customer service.
