I have received the complaint noted above.I have refunded Mrs [redacted] her total of $via PayPal

PayPal has no such rule on refunds, I have sent them numerous email detailing how to obtain a refund and they fail to follow throughI will work with PayPal and get it resolved

I am rejecting this response because: PayPal has a policy where they will not refund the
buyers money if it is past days of the transaction date, and since the seller kept telling us we would have our product and we never received it, the days has expired The only way we will get our money back is if the owner himself goes into PayPal and issues the money himself I will not be satisfied until I receive the money back since I never received the finished product

PayPal has no such rule on refunds, I have sent them numerous email detailing how to obtain a refund and they fail to follow through. I will work with PayPal and get it resolved.
