Review: On February 13, 2015 I contracted with Almstead for 4 lawn care services. By check [[redacted]] dated March 3, 2015 I paid in full for those services: $615.82. Two of the four services should have been performed by now, but no lawn work has been done on my property. Seasonally, it is too late to perform those two services. On May 22, I informed [redacted], by email, of Almstead's failure to comply with the February 13 contract, and requested a refund of the $615.82. I received no response.Desired Settlement: Receipt of a check for $615.82.
