The response of this business owner is full of information 1- when we purchased the meat we kept it in the fridge right away, we did not put it in the fridge two days laterThat is a misconception and it is obvious that no one keep the meat out of the fridge for two days in this summer daysWe believe the meat was not stored properly at the store and once we got it went bad very quickly 2- when my wife went back on Monday to return the meatThe business owner [redacted] did not give her a chance to look for her receiptHe just snapped and started cussing at her with no respect for a womanShe had to leave the store immediately afraid of physical up use 3- She called me at work and I called the store and asked to talk to the storeowner [redacted] to understand the situation, but as soon as he knew who I am, he started cussing and using foul language, which forced me to hang up on him and never called backHis claim of threatening to harm him is a total illusory After hanging up on him I called my wife and asked her to call the police and file an up use report 4- My wife called the police for an up use case, not about returning the meatThe storeowner has an out of control angerHe used profanity language in front her and year old kidsShe had to leave the store quickly afraid of physical up useShe called the police to report it 5- The1-hour returns policy is absolutely unemployableBy the time you get your grocery home the one-hour is over and you are screwedIt is only done to have an excuse for not returning anything It is obvious from the store's response and the store policy, the owner has no clue in businessthe store has very little to offerNo merchandise, no employable store policy, and no customer service Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 13, 2015/08/26) */ We will no longer be responding to a to this kind of prolonged allegationA refund and apology will not be given, and this will be the final response to this matterOur store policy indicates that all returns must be accompanied by a receiptThe customer did not have a receipt, at the time of her arrival [redacted] is not the store ownerHe is one of the best employees we haveFor a customer to come and make these claims to one of our employees is not acceptable Please be aware this is the final response, and will no longer be delegating such matters

The response of this business owner is full of false information.
