I am rejecting this response because it is not fixed they still do not have there cc machine up and going
Business states that they wish to apologize for the inconvenience. The new machine was delivered last week and is now in operation . Customer is welcome to come back and pay by credit card or debit card once again.
Review: I went into this place to buy some foot scrubs and other products after looking around for about an hour I went to purchase my stuff. When I went to get my debit card out to pay the man there said no I said you advertise that you take [redacted], **, etc... on the front of door and he said it doesn't work right now waiting on a new company to send us a new cc reader through different merchant people I said ok I wish you would have stated that on your window before I wasted my time. still to this day which is two weeks later there is no sign saying cc machine out of order or only taking cash etc... I got one of there business cards and have called them as well almost everyday and they tell me still waiting on cc machine it still is out of service then when I ask for owner he is out of town has been for two weeks or more now and they don't know how to contact him or when he will be back. seems kind of odd that an owner does not check in for two weeks or let his people know when he should be returning I am an owner myself and would never run my business like this. if you advertise you take cc and debit you should take them not have fake machine there and stickers on front saying you take the cards if you don'tDesired Settlement: I just want the truth and when they will have the cc machine fixed and want them to send proof it is up and working to you guys when it is done. because there word means nothing to me now I do not carry that much cash on me and I use my business cc for tax purposes so would rather use my cc for things I buy for my business so just please figure out what is going on and have them fix it thanks
